There is a master file of this in the “All members” folder. Please copy to the task folder needed and remove columns that are irrelevant to your task of interest. E.g., if you copy the master file to “Rest”, remove all columns except for “Rest”task-related columns that are irrelevant for rest, such as “valsalva”, “inspiratory loading”, “handgrip”, and “EMG”. For instance, EMG is only relevant to the handgrip task, so it is not needed in this file. If you are unsure whether a column should be deleted or not, please check with Paul. Also, please rename the excel file to reflect the task.

The master spreadsheet contains all channels as columns:

Let’s say we want to create a spreadsheet for the breath hold task, we can keep all physiological recording channels (ECG, respiration, skin temperature, blood pressure, SaO2, EDA, CO2) and remove task-related columns we don’t need (hand grip, EMG, inspiratory pressure, valsalva). The better you understand the tasks, the easier it is for you to make a judgment.

To enter your status updates, please add the date you made your changes in the relevant column (here respiration) and state what you did.

It is possible that someone has previously worked on this channel, but you found errors and you fixed them. Please create a new row for that subject and enter your date and details for that subject. For example, 12/13/2021 Fernando fixed marker omissions. The more detailed your comments, the more helpful it will be for others.
