SPM should start; got to CSPM toolbox
CSPM, Subjects GUI:
Optionally, filter by Project (e.g., HCP)
Select subject
Select physiology study
Click “View”
Use Icons to zoom in etc
Check for artifacts, correct if found
Select Channel, Click “Peak/Rate on CHa”
In peak detection GUI:
Probably start with “Run”
Check SHow Rate
If everything looks good,
Check Save Rate for Breahting Rate, Rate and Height for Pulse
“Close and Save”
