The Share network drive (Y:) has a subfolder “All members”, containing individual folders for each physiological task. The raw AcqKnowledge files for each task separately will be copied in here and each user will be able to apply analyses and processing to these files and save and label them for the next person.

Each of these task folders will additionally have a subject-specific folder, so the path will be e.g.(big grin)

Share (\\kea.nursing.ucla.edu) (Y:) → All members → Rest → CON5036 → 5036s01r01_rest.acq

E.g., Fernando has processed the respiratory data of all hand grip tasks, so he saves a copy of the existing file “Handgrip.acq” as “Handgrip_Fernando_respiration.acq”.

This is only relevant if you add new markers to the AcqKnowledge file, not if you export excel spreadsheets without changing the file. For instance, you open “Handgrip_Fernando_respiration.acq” and you use “find cycle” to export breathing rates. Then, you can close the file without saving. If you make any changes, please save as a new file and add details about what you did to the file name. E.g. “Handgrip_Fernando_respiration_Bea_fixederrors.acq”.

“uptodate”

Group subfolder: OSA, CONTROL, CPAP-OSA (check how it is organized on the U-Drive)

Study subfolder and pre vs post: pre can also be used as a control subject for the OSA studies, so they can be copied into that folder → need reference material in a common location

Needs to be copied back to Raw Data location

In these instructions, add shortcut to data location and instructions

Status file: list here who is currently working on the file

Status update in file name: Status_CON5036_20211123_ok.acq

if someone is currently locally working on the data, make it Status_CON5036_20211123_Maddie_working_on_it.acq
