Filtering: what options? Every subject the same?
Apply block presets to oxygen file or light file or both?
NOTE: the oxy file that is automatically created from the COBI Studio recording was scaled to the baseline consisting of 100 samples at the beginning of the recording. Therefore, there is limited use of that file!
Ayaz thesis page 32: “If oxy file is used (as shown in this section), light intensity preprocessing steps would be skipped (in Lightgraph).“
→ Apply filtering to light graph before working with oxy file! Need to also exclude and filter data in the oxy graph though!
