Athena lookup table

Athena provides the complete list of medical variables used in the All of Us study.

You can search by question or condition ID, name or scroll through the lists. However, these are extremely extensive.

For example, obstructive sleep apnea results in almost 11,000 listings.

You can limit your list of options by using the filter function to the left.

Here I added “Condition” under “Domain” and all options for ICD 9 and 10 under “Vocab”.

We now only have 900 listings to scroll through and you can further limit this number by applying relevant filter functions to your search.
