Folder levels are: project \ group \ study
Study can have multiple sessions; if so, use the BIDS convention: sess01, sess02 etc. Otherwise, have the session folders in the study folder.

Inside each modality folder:
…\raw (not needed for anatomical)
…\coreg (“coreg (native)” for anatomical, since this defines native space)

So the idea is that the coreg is ONLY the single file that needs manual coregistering.
Preproc will be where files are for “Prerocess after coreg”
