Saving AcqKnowledge markers for loading into CSPM

  • Open *.acq file in AcqKnowledge

  • Display Event Palette (see right)

  • Expand Action, click “Summarize in Journal…”

  • Summarize all events, OK (see right)

    • Make sure Journal is clear beforehand

  • Save

  • Save as Excel file type

  • Name “[Protocol ID] Acq Markers”

  • If importing into CSPM, copy file to same folder as MATLAB file
