Bruker Conversion - MP3 (June 2022)

Phase I Instructions

• [Installation] Install the MP3 medical imaging toolbox (link on Mathworks)

  • Download (either from the mathworks site or github)

  • Unzip the file; copy contents into a new folder (“MP3”)

• Open MATLAB, but Command Prompt only (no CSPM)

• In MATLAB, add the MP3 folder to path (>> addpath C:\Working\MP3)

  • Or just go to folder and >> addpath(pwd)

• Start MP3 (>> MP3)

• File, New Project (select folder)

• File, Import Raw

• Click Bruker, navigate to a Bruker folder with a “subject” file in it

• Select the scans to convert

  • Yellow = selected (usually only one subject)

  • One or more series - Ctrl+Click to select multiple

• Right-click over “subject”, “Add all files to basket”

• Go to “Basket” tab

• Export to MP3

• In main window, click “Load”

• Select scan to view
