OSA 2016 BMC MRI Sequences
OSA 2016 BMC MRI Sequences
MRI scans completed at the BMC in 2016 with the new protocol should be documented in MATLAB as follows:
MRI Sequences
Order | Type/Protocol | Details | Series |
---|---|---|---|
1 | T1 | T1w_ MPR | Record 2nd series (raw folder) |
2 | T1 | T1w_ MPR | Record 4th series *if available* (raw folder) |
3 | T2 | T2_pd+t2_tse_tra | Record 2nd series (raw folder) |
4 | fMRI | rfMRI_REST_AP | Record 2nd series (raw folder) |
5 | DTI | DWI_98dir_AP | Record 2nd series (raw folder) |
DTI | DWI_99dir_AP | Record 2nd series (raw folder) | |
6 | ASL | ASL_tgse_pcasl | Record 2nd series (raw folder) |
- Include the head coil used during the MRI scan in the "Comments" column of study table on Matlab.
- Trace the RAW path of the series from the T: Drive and paste it to the appropriate Data Path row.
- Note: Previous protocols included Nifti & Dicom files. Dicom & Raw folders are the same. This current protocol uses the "Raw" folder instead of the "Dicom" name.
- You are now ready to create create projects and patients images on CSPM.
