Stats

The orange button lets you open the stats GUI:

VOI

Values from VOI can be read. Create a "VOI" subfolder (see VOI page) in the set folder, and place the folders with the VOI mask files under that. Each folder will be listed under "VOI in Template Space" and clicking "VOI values" will read in the values.

Example:

U:\IXIset\ID234N374G1\VOI\Neuromorphometrics

So the files are in the subfolder:
