This tool is designed to do stats on VOI-VOI network connectivity measures.
Suggestions for getting started:
Start NSB (CSPM button)
Open the manulmanual
Run through the tutorial on the demo example data that comes with the toolbox
Run the Stats fMRI VOI-to-VOI connectivity, this will create files NBS can read
Load those files into NBS, and run
