This tool is designed to do stats on VOI-VOI network connectivity measures.

Toolbox and manual

Suggestions for getting started:

  • Start NSB (CSPM button)

  • Open the manual

  • Run through the tutorial on the demo example data that comes with the toolbox

  • Run the Stats fMRI VOI-to-VOI connectivity, this will create files NBS can read

  • Load those files into NBS, and run
