Single subject in SPM

Start CSPM, DTI menu, "Run one subject...")

You will select the DTI files as converted in SPM. Note: to filter in the SPM selection GUI, use

the "^" key:

Great software; however, it does not take into account nifti rotations. It does account for translations and scaling.

To generate data that it can use, the standard gradients as generated by the Diffusion Toolbox must be "un-rotated."
