Copies fMRI scans to analyze in individual series folders from project “rawimages” to “fMRIpreprocess”
Checks that the number of scans in the rawimages folder matches the fmritype
Copies from project “rawimages” to “fMRIpreprocess”
Only copies the files that will be analyzed, as indicated by fmritype - does not include start scans marked to skip, copies only the total number of scans in fmritype (not all scans in rawimages folder)
Note: Even if already copied and overwrite is not on, this step can be slow as all files need to be checked.
Also copies fieldmaps linked to fMRI series
