Copies fMRI scans to analyze in individual series folders from project “rawimages” to “fMRIpreprocess”

  • Checks that the number of scans in the rawimages folder matches the fmritype

  • Copies from project “rawimages” to “fMRIpreprocess”

    • Only copies the files that will be analyzed, as indicated by fmritype - does not include start scans marked to skip, copies only the total number of scans in fmritype (not all scans in rawimages folder)

Note: Even if already copied and overwrite is not on, this step can be slow as all files need to be checked.

  • Also copies fieldmaps linked to fMRI series

 

Matlab file: cspm_analysis_copyrawimages (with “fMRI” option)
