fMRI Physiology - Create Corelation Maps

Loads physiology for fMRI scans linked to a physiology study (in project setup).

The channels to be analyzed are set in the Local settings GUI. (Since not all channels should be analyzed, like “pulse” from the oximeter.)

• For each fMRI series in each study:

  • Loop through the phys channels

    • Make a physiology folder for volume data (“byvol”)

    • Create a correlation map of fMRI x physiology
