Add a new subject to CSPM

Open CSPM and open “Subjects & Data” GUI

Open

Go to the subject (1)

• if it is not listed

  • make sure that it is not filtered (show “ALL” under projects) (2)

  • add new subject if it does not show (3)

Troubleshooting duplicate

This may come up when loading QUaltrics into database

Most likely a subject was not seen because the Subejcts GUI had a project filter. A subject needs to be added first, and then after a project is configured, the subject is linked to that project. THus, when a subject is first added, it will ONLY be visible when “ALL” is selected. See below for difference between “ALL” and a project filter (“OSA2019”)
