Setup

The steps to set up CSPM fully are as follows:

1. Install software (MATLAB, Office, CorelDraw, VMware Player, Putty, MySQL, Google drive, SAS).
2. Configure the database software (if you did not do this in step 1).
3. Select locations for storing raw data and analysis data.
4. Install and configure the Linux "virtual machine."
5. Install and configure matlab programs, including CSPM settings.

From here, the steps are to add subjects, add raw data, collate and define the data in projects, then create analysis sets, which can then be analyzed.
