- Purchase guest permits in bulk and hand them to subjects when they arrive at UCLA. Subjects would need to display permit before parking
- Fill out an Online Recharge Form with the following description, " Guest Parking Permits for Lot ___". Make sure it is clear and specific!
- For subjects coming to Factor we need to decide if we want these parking passes to say Lot 2 or Lot 9

- Parking passes are $12.00 each
- If a visit is arranged over the weekend in the Physio Lab send subjects directions to LOT 9 and have them pick up their parking pass from the Westwood Kiosk. The Kiosk opens at 6:00am during the weekends.
