Baroreflex Sequence Analysis
- From the AcqKnowledge home screen select: Open a graph file, Graph file on Disk, and click OK
- This will allow you to access files directly from the UT: Drive
- Minimize all channels except Channels 5 & 9 that correspond to CNAP Blood Pressure & ECG respectively, by clicking on the triangle icon on the left hand slide of the channel number.
- Using the magnifying glass tool, zoom into a small region of the CNAP Blood Pressure channel.
- Using your cursor, click on the a small region in the waveform and drag. A blue selection box will appear, indicating that your are expanding/zooming into this specific region.
- Your goal is to expand the channel waveform so that all systoles are visible.
- Set your initial offset time to zero seconds by choosing Display → Horizontal Axis
