From the AcqKnowledge home screen select: Open a graph file, Graph file on Disk, and click OK
This will allow you to access files directly from the T: Drive
Minimize all channels except Channels 5 & 9 that correspond to CNAP Blood Pressure & ECG respectively, by clicking on the triangle icon on the left hand slide of the channel number.
Using the magnifying glass tool, zoom into a small region of the CNAP Blood Pressure channel.
Using your cursor, click on a small region in the waveform and drag. A blue selection box will appear, indicating that your are expanding/zooming into this region.
Your goal is to expand the channel waveform so that all systoles are visible.
Set your initial offset time to zero seconds by choosing Display → Horizontal Axis
Set first sample to 0 seconds and click OK. The horizontal axis on your window will now start at 0 seconds.
Go to Analysis →Hemodynamics → and select "Baroreflex Sequence Analysis" from the options menu
In the Baroreflex Sequence Analysis menu enter the following settings:
Highlight a single systole in the BP data and select "Systole Is Selected"
Results are populated to an Excel Spreadsheet
Click on the show all data function key on the toolbar to align all graphs on your screen
Heart Rate/Rest Period (Channel 7) & Systolic BP/ Rest Period (Channel 14) graphshave been added to your waveform
Baroreflex Slope Analysis
The following instructions correspond to the Baroreflex Slope Analysis

Using the I-Beam tool, highlight/select the entire Rest Period
NOTE: You must select the entire REST PERIOD waveform before proceeding to Step 5 below. If no selection is made, the analysis data cannot be populated.
Go to Analysis → Hemodynamics → and select "Baroreflex Slope Analysis" from the options menu

Highlight a single systole in the BP data and select "Systole Is Selected"
Software populates Baroreflex Slope Analysis on a separate window showing HR (ms) in Y-axis and Systolic BP(mmHg) in X-axis
Note: Pairs may be excluded by checking off check boxes.
