Procedure

1. Copy the subject’s acq file from the Raw Data drive to the Shared drive “All members” folder under the relevant study

2. Parse the file into individual task acq files, e.g. rest, valsalva, breath hold, aso. Save each in their respective folder in the “All members” study folder.

3. Create focus areas for each individual task.

4. Process file as needed.

5. Rename files to reflect your status and when you updated the file on the shared drive.

6. Additionally, add this information to the spreadsheet in each task folder.

7. Eventually, copy the updated file back into the raw data folder to join the original file. NEVER MODIFY THE ORIGINAL FILE!
