Know location of data you will be loading into CSPMThese are the steps to loading physiology data.
Before importing, make sure the subject is already in CSPM
Open CSPM and open “Subjects & Data” GUI
Go to the subject (add if needed: Add a new subject to CSPM )
In Acqknowledge, do all preprocessing
Export (Save As) MATLAB file (see file format)
Move file into Raw Data location (Study folder)
e.g. Matlab file (.mat) in raw data folder under physiology for the given subject e.g. W:\OSA2006\CON310\Study 1 2007-07-07\

See Raw data set up
...
Open CSPM and open “Subjects & Data” GUI
Go to the subject (1)
if it is not listed
make sure that it is not filtered (show “ALL” under projects) (2)
add new subject if it does not show (3)
...
Move files for each challenge into subfolders
W:\OSA2006\CON310\Study 1 2007-07-07\PHYS\breathhold [or inspiratoryloading, valsalva]
From CSPM, “Import..”
Select MATLAB file; this will then open the Physiology Display GUI
Update information (subject, date, protocol ID, path, etc.), and Save study from GUI
Add events; start by using protocol channel
Export channel markers from AcqKnowledge (see Saving AcqKnowledge markers for loading into CSPM )
