Within CSPM is a “preclinical_App” analysis system under development.
To run:
Select the studies folder.
For each study, there can be four folders, each with one file:
0 orig - original
1 - resample - resampled
2 - skullstrip - skull stripped
3 - coreg2template - where the skullstripped file will be coregistered with the template.
Click “Open Template in SPM” and 'Open Coregistered in SPM”, adjust and “Reorient” the coregistered file.
