  3. Using the magnifying glass tool, zoom into a small region of the CNAP Blood Pressure channel.
    1. Using your cursor, click on a small region in the waveform and drag. A blue selection box will appear, indicating that your are expanding/zooming into this region.

    2. Your goal is to expand the channel waveform so that all systoles are visible.

  4. Go to AnalysisHemodynamics and select "Baroreflex Sequence Analysis" from the options menu

  5. In the Baroreflex Sequence Analysis menu enter the following settings:

  6. Highlight a single systole in the BP data and select "Systole Is Selected"

  7. Results are populated to an Excel Spreadsheet

Results are also populated to existing waveform however updates are currently pending revisions do to a program crash.

  1. The following instructions correspond to the Baroreflex Slope Analysis
  2. Minimize all channels except Channels 5 & 9 that correspond to CNAP Blood Pressure & ECG respectively, by clicking on the triangle icon on the left hand slide of the channel number.

  3. Using the magnifying glass tool, zoom into a small region of the CNAP Blood Pressure channel.

  4. Using the I-Beam tool, highlight/select the entire Rest Period
    1. NOTE: You must select the entire REST PERIOD waveform before proceeding to Step 5 below. If no selection is made, the analysis data cannot be populated.

  5. Go to AnalysisHemodynamics and select "Baroreflex Slope Analysis" from the options menu

  6. From the Baroreflex Analysis Menu, enter the following settings & click OK:

  7. Highlight a single systole in the BP data and select "Systole Is Selected"

  8. Software populates Baroreflex Slope Analysis on a separate window showing HR (ms) in Y-axis and Systolic BP(mmHg) in X-axis
    1. Note: Pairs may be excluded by checking off check boxes.

    2. Your original waveform now displays QRS complexes
