1. Include the head coil used during the MRI scan in the "Comments" column of study table  on Matlab.
2. Trace the RAW path of the series from the T: Drive and paste it to the the appropriate Data Path column row.
   
   1. Note: Previous protocols included Nifti & Dicom files. Dicom & Raw folders are the same. This current protocol uses the "Raw" folder instead .
