Network file server

There are three top-level folders, Subject Data, Analysis, and LinuxShare.

Subject Data

This folder contains the raw data. What is here cannot be replicated, in contrast to the Analysis folder.

Z:\Subject Data contains project folders. The main one with Subject_100,... etc is

Z:\Subject Data\Luke

Others that you will likely use are

Z:\Subject Data\HCP

Z:\Subject Data\IXI

Z:\Subject Data\OASIS

Each project folder has subfolders for each subject. They are not organized into Control/Patient.

Analysis

Analysis contains two subfolders, Preprocess and Set. The Preprocess folder has subfolders for each project, and the Project Configuration should use these. Examples could be:

Z:\Analysis\Preprocess\OSA2013

Z:\Analysis\Preprocess\Migraine

Z:\Analysis\Preprocess\Melbourne2016

The Set folder contains many analyses, so each person should create their old subfolder. Here are some examples:

Z:\Analysis\Zeynab\PainfMRI

Z:\Analysis\Noemi\SUIT

LinuxShare

This folder is only for "sharing" with Linux. There is no MATLAB preprocessing, subject data, or sets here. There will be FreeSurfer and FSL processed data.
