Protocol voltages and fMIRS maker values

In the fNIRS software, numbered markers are used to indicate the exact onset and offset of each task block. For example, the rest period starts with 219 and ends with 218 (see coding below). We need these markers to tell the analysis software fNIRsoft which blocks of the analysis we want to process and investigate.
