2. Highlight the protocol row
3. Click on Transform-Smoothing

define areas .bbs

1. 1. Make sure source channel is 8, protocol
   2. Type in 11 samples for the smoothing factor
   3. Use "median value smoothing"
   4. Click okay

1. Run Script (currently DefineAreasHS1-9-16)
2. Error Checking
1. Look at overview to identify the existing areas
