To view the FIRST results in 3D, an additional script is needed. This section is described in the user guide (under Viewing results)

Download the zipped first3Dview from this page: first3Dview (not a part of FSL as of Feb 2014). Choose the first3Dview.zip file.

Extract (unzip) the file; this is called first3Dview (no extension).

Copy this file to the FSL program folder: from Windows, first save to LinuxShare, then within Linux, use the File Browser to copy to /usr/loca/fsl/bin.

Test by running the script: for some reason, you need to specify the path of the file, so type /usr/local/fsl/bin/first3Dvie - you should get the helpo message below. (Note the first command without the path fails.)
