SUIT: Automatic Segmentation of Brainstem and Cerebellum

SUIT: Automatic Segmentation of Brainstem and Cerebellum

SUIT: SPM extension

SUIT is an SPM extension for automatically segmenting the brainstem and cerebellum (description). See "Diedrichsen, J. (in press). A spatially unbiased atlas template of the human cerebellum. Neuroimage"

The requirements are a standard T1 anatomical. Other images (e.g., fMRI) that are coregistered with the anatomical can be normalized and masked.

The default version uses the old SPM2 segmentation algorithm, so I changed the "suit_isolate" function to use the new unified segmentation in SPM5; this resulted in a major improvement with a CCHS anatomical. I've attached the changed files (as of March 2007). These all belong in the "...\toolbox\suit" folder.
