Extract Data from RO: X/Y/Z, volume

• SPM GUI, Batch

• SPM, Tools, Volume handling utilities, Single Volumes, Extract Data from ROI

• Choose Source Images, the specify them

• Choose ROI option (e.g., point list in mm for x/y/z)

• Run 
• The data are saved in a variable "ext". This has:

ext.raw = extract data

ext.posvx = voxel location in voxels

ext.posmm = voxel location in mm
