CCHSC110 - different slice thickness
CCHSC137 - suspected OSA
CCHSC145 - cyst in cerebellar region
CCHSC148 - incomplete data (only one 6-direction series)
CCHSC150 - different protocol
CCHSC151 - different protocol
CCHSC160 - different protocol, incomplete data (half of the brain missing)
CCHSC161 - different protocol, incomplete data (only one 12-direction series)
Subjects 7, 8, 9, 50, 51, 60 and 61 did not have GRAPPA enabled during DTI scans and the TR was different (Rajesh was away, and Jeff had to reload the protocol, but missed the GRAPPA setting). The distributions of FA/MD values were all slightly but noticeably different to the other subjects. Subject 60 only has half the brain. These subjects were scanned in sequence in June 2004, with the lower numbers (7, 8, 9) being repeat studies.
Subjects 8 and 10 had different slice thickness - it was only 0.1 mm different (2.0 mm versus the normal 1.9 mm; we had just moved from Brain Mapping), but the histogram of MD/FA distribution was noticeably different.
fMRI
The head-coil was not used for this sequence, which means the data are extremely noisy.
S08 has no physiology data.
Timing
We skipped 5 scans at the start, to allow for signal saturation. This was determined from global BOLD.
paced stimulus, paced breathing, passive foot (note challenge INCLUDES 1st scan)

I tried both LMGS and LMRPGS preprocessing, and the PLRPGS kills much of the signal, and removes the signal from the sensory-motor cortex, so based on that is no good.

C24 did not normalize properly; I manually reoriented with SPM "Display."
