Sigh task

The sigh tasks consists of the simple task to take a single deep breath and release upon a signal shown on the presentation screen. The participant does not need to make it any particular length, depth or perfect timing. There are 4 trials within a period of ca. 5 minutes. In between trials, the participant is asked to relax and breathe normally.

Channel 8 shows the onset and offset of the signal to take a sigh (4 times). In the respiration channel, you can identify when exactly that deep breath was taken.
