The respiration signal shows a prolonged plateau between inspire start and expire start. This plateau should line up with the marker signal in channel 8 but start slightly delayed because participants need to prepare for the hold.

The breathing rate recovery is of interest in this task, i.e. how quickly after the end of the breath hold does the respiration return to the baseline rate?
