Individual processing
Copy raw data to individual subject folders in stroop, "run 1" and "run 2". Not all subjects have two runs, and some subjects have none. Some subjects also have failed runs.
Copy raw data to preprocess folders: "run 1 preprocess" and "run 2 preprocess"
Do preprocessing in those folders:
- Realign (estimate and write, default settings)
- Normalize (estimate and write, default settings)
- Smooth (8mm)
Create a 1st-level folder

- Interscan interval: 2 seconds
- Select 1st level folder as "Directory"
- Under Data & Design, Subject Session, Scans
- Select smoothed images from preprocess folder (if existing, deselect then reselect)
- Data & Design, Subject/Session, Conditions
- [[Option 2]] Create 3 conditions, Congruent, Incongruent, and baseline
- [[Option 2]] Set duration of Congruent and Incongruent to 0
- From Stroop data, copy Congruent and Incongruent times into "Onsets" vector
- Copy baseline start time into baseline Onset (25 seconds before next stimulus presentation)
- Set duration to 25
- Save batch file as "job_firstlevel" in 1st level folder
- Run (green arrow)
