DRIFTER Testing - 2nd round

Intro

After initial testing, we've decided the following:

  • Cardiac harmonics: 1 (default)
  • Respiraatory harmonics: 1 (default)
  • Overall transition probability: 0 (default)
  • Markov chain transition probability: 0.01 (default)

What we are now looking at is cardiac and respiraotry separately, and respiratory frequencies 8-25 br/min (as opposed to the initial 6-35 br/min).

* Number of periodics (default 1): The total number of periodics (fundamental + harmonics) that are estimated from the fMRI data.

** Overall transition probability (default 0): Transition probability between all steps of frequencies (i.e. the probability of a jump from e.g. 70 bpm to 80 bpm).

*** Markov chain transition probability (default 0.01): Transition probability between consecutive steps of frequencies (i.e. the probability of a jump from e.g. 70 bpm to 71 bpm).
