Audio - mic off to side pointing at mouth - I found3 finger widths if I can see mic in my peripheral vision; 2 widths not enough (get breahting sounds)

If recorded in stereo, convert to mon o(video)

Select track, Tracks => Stereo Track to Mono

Improving voice in Audacity ENCN:

1. Noise reduction (see "Removing noise after you have recorded")
2. Equalize with Equalization - lower low freq, raise highs
3. Normalize with Amplify - set to 0 db (default)
4. Compress with Compressor - Threshold 30 db, moise floor 50
5. Reduce volume with Amplify - 5bd
