All MRI processing needs a T1. It defines the native and template space.

defines native space raw files that are resliced to voxel size, manually coregistered to template

  • No pipe dependencies

Study - T1 files from one or more MRIs will be combined at study level

Set - mean anatomical and masks; could potentially be used to create a custom template

bias corrected T1, segmentations, masks in native and template space; spatial normalization parameters (files)

CAT12 - additional files such as tissue characteristics, surface files
