Bruker DICOM conversion

4/pdata/1 is the dicom as acquired by the scanner, use that (4/pdata/2 has a factor of 1.5 zerofill)

Copy the “method” file into the same folder as the DICOM files

This will finish with a display in the SPM Graphics figure that you can click through
