Split recording into challenge segments

  • Baseline

Perform various preprocessing within Acknowledge according to needs.

  • Peak detection

    • ECG detection

    • Breath detection

  • EMG integration

  • QRS identification

  • Artifact detection

  • BRS calculations

  • HR variability

Save as a Matlab file (.mat) to raw data folder under physiology for the given subject e.g. W:\OSA2006\CON310\Study 1 2007-07-07\physiology\raw data
