Sets (cspm_analsys_configsets)

GUI to create sets for analysis. These can be a combination of projects, and new groups can be created.

Steps:

1. Load studies either from existing set (left) or from one or more projects (see below for multiple sets)

2. Filter; checked items will be in selected studies

3. Edit set; can create groups (e.g., separate female and make, or combining control grounds from multiple projects

4. Save; add a folder name after saving (green highlight)

Multiple Sets

Select using Ctrl key. 1) If group names are the same, you will get the option to merge groups. 2) You will option to sort studies in combined group by name. 3) If there are duplicates you will get the option to show or remove them.
