cspm_basic stats

This GUI runs 2nd-level analyses. The design is to set up an analysis, then "Add" it to the list of those to run. All are run at once when "Run" is clicked.

Number	Name	Description
1	1 or 2 sample option	Only if you have two groups will the 2 sample option will be available
2	regression option	This allows for the most general model, but you have to be careful to have independent group/classification variables or it will give an error when creating the model (after you click "Run")
3	continues variables
4	categorical variables
5	absolute threshold	For example, FA opted has 0.1 or 0.2
6	mask option
7	brain mask	By default, the "ALLmaskbrain.nii" will be added to this option. However, you can select any mask file. Make sure it is in template space.
8	reset GUI size to original	Each time you change the size or position of the GUI, it is saved for the next time you open the GUI. This resets to the default.
