Bruker Conversion - MP3 (June 2022)

[Installation] Install the MP3 medical imaging toolbox (link on Mathworks)
- Download (either from the mathworks site or github)
- Unzip the file; copy contents into a new folder (“MP3”)
Open MATLAB, but Command Prompt only (no CSPM)
In MATLAB, add the MP3 folder to path (>> addpath C:\Working\MP3)
- Or just go to folder and >> addpath(pwd)
Start MP3 (>> MP3)
File, New Project (select folder)
File, Import Raw

Click Bruker, navigate to a Bruker folder with a “subject” file in it
Select the scans to convert
- Yellow = selected (usually only one subject)
- One or more series - Ctrl+Click to select multiple
Right-click over “subject”, “Add all files to basket”
Go to “Basket” tab
Export to MP3
In main window, click “Load”
Select scan to view
