• Before starting, make sure you have the Optimization Toolbox installed

Enter >>ver at command prompt to check.

• Convert DICOM files using CSPM DICOM Rename/convert

This should create a series folder, with nifti and raw subfolders. The nifti folder should have images, a single MATLAB Data file "..._FlipAngle.." and multiple "..._TriggerTime..." MATLAB Data files.

• Go to CSPM, T1, "T1R - calculate"

• Select the nifti folder

• Click Yes to continue, wait a few hours
