Creates set folder

Creates project subfolder “fMRIpreprocess”, with group, study tree structure

Example: U:\HCPpre\fMRIpreprocess\CONTROL\HCP100610

Creates study-specific subfolder for each fMRI (fMRI series and fmritype

Example: “…\rfMRI_REST1_LRE1006100120141203S2 Type41”)
