• VOI from Display results - anatomical - fixed bug for >50 VOI.
• T1 preprocessing now creates CSF masks, as well as gray, white, TIV and brain.

• In display results, VOI for anatomical now reads values from unsmoothed images; used to be smoothed.
• Tweak to FW - calculates abs(i1) rather than onfor mean for i1>0.

• Tidied up VOI extraction from SPM12's Neuromorphometrics.
• Reduced font size in stats GUI for modalities (can read it now!).
• Fixed SPM estimation bug (from core SPM files - see mail list).
• Gives error message from basic stats if need to run preprocessing again (rather than just crashing). Preprocessing needs to be up-to-date (late 2016?) to work with the stats.

• SPM - there has been an update, but not all the files are updated; may be causing problems.
• SUIT VBM - first stab.
• Fixed Stats GUI problem that could occur when opening new set - would not remove modalities from previous set.

• Fist mask error on fMRI 1-st elvel - was using non-normalized mask on normalized data.. Now creates normalized individual mask, which it uses for fMRI 1st level SPM mdoels (unsmoothed; could use tempalte mask).
• VOI values - more tweaks for dealing with large VOI
